VisitorNet Online: Web-based visitor management
VisitorNet Online is a web-based visitor management and room booking solution accessed via the internet or internal intranet / extranet. Users can log visitor information and book rooms and resources any time of day and from any web-enabled application. VisitorNet Online requires no set-up fee or upfront capital 
investment; therefore we believe it is the most cost effective method of implementing a visitor management system to date.
The system enables the front of house to produce paper visitor passes, ID cards or labels when used in conjunction with a wide range of printers.
The room booking facility enables the user to identify available rooms, confirm a booking and select resources as required. Once a resource has been booked, an automated email is sent directly to the individual responsible for making the arrangements.
