This comprehensive visitor management solution enables the main reception to quickly and efficiently input visitor information and print badges for multiple organisations, via a single solution.
The solution enables the user to create numerous badge templates, incorporating a varied selection of layouts, colours and company logos.
The facility to pre-print badges is ideal when a large number of visitors arrive simultaneously. To speed up the process, VisitorNet MT allows bar codes to be printed on each pass, so that visitors simply collect their badge and show it to a bar code reader which automatically logs them in and out.
VisitorNet MT can also accommodate a signature capturing facility. This ensures your visitors acknowledge your health and safety procedures whilst onsite.
VisitorNet MT makes it easy for the receptionist to inform the host that their visitor has arrived, with either email or SMS text alert messaging.
In addition, its comprehensive database ensures that a record is kept of who is onsite at all times, vital for the security of each individual organisation. The database allows reports to be run, detailing peak times, the number of hours contractors have been onsite and instant fire lists – keeping you in complete control.
