Visitors to the school simply fill in their details on the visitor management pass provided and the information is simultaneously transferred onto an integral register. This information is kept confidential with the use of a discretion sheet.
The top level is removed using the perforated edge and inserted into a badge holder. This visitors badge is displayed at all times and helps create instant visual identification ensuring a safe and secure school visitor management system.
The pass template can be personalised to fit in with your brand, incorporating your school colours and logo. The templates can also include a range of security features to help eliminate duplication and re-use. These features include Timepass and CopyVoid.
