Kalamazoo’s Sales Ledger System incorporates all the forms you require to keep your sales records up to date using the Onewrite, loose leaf format.
The system means that as you write the details of a sale on your customer’s statement, the same information is automatically reproduced below on an individual ledger card, in your sales day book, and on your debtor age analysis sheet.
This activity takes place every time a sale is made, so there is not need for end of month backlog and difficulties in producing each customer’s statement. This significantly reduces the time spent on this operation, whilst ensuring that all records are accurate and eliminates the possibility of copying errors.
This simple system helps you to analyse debts by debtor or age and to issue statements whenever you wish. In a single step, you eliminate repetitive entries and keep your statements up to date so you can balance and prove your accounts whenever you require.
