Whether on-the-road or office based, Kalamazoo’s sales generator allows sales professionals to efficiently manage all sales related processes such as appointment information, customer information, activity reports and diary management.
Weekly planner
A Weekly Planner ensures a disciplined approach to visit activity. Weekly objectives are recorded; appointment times and locations are displayed. Used in conjunction with the Activity Report, managers can analyse the individual time management.
Activity report
Used to supply information on current sales activity. The sheet is placed directly under the Customer Record and information is copied through to the Activity Report. This means just one entry by the sales person completes both record sheets. These reports are compiled very easily to produce monthly activity summaries.
Customer record
Used to display personal and detailed customer information. The salesperson enters details on this record immediately after consultation, providing a clear view of the progress made on each visit / call.
COntinuation record
A follow on sheet from the customer record.
Company folder
This folder holds all the information for major or key accounts.
Activity summary
Ensures all sales information is available at a glance. Used in conjunction with the Activity Report these sheets can represent a manual spreadsheet showing full sales analysis, allowing calculations of activities, results and conversion rates.
Master record
Allows vital company information such as contacts and turnover to be recorded. This record sheet provides categories for static information providing accurate, up-to-date customer information.
Action request
This is a multi-part form and allows the sales person to quickly and easily monitor communication and activity.
Visit report
Allows appointment information to be recorded in detail. This is a two-part form, which allows a copy to be kept by the sales person and the other to be sent to the Line Manager.
Expense manager
Enables the sales person to calculate expenses in a quick and efficient manner. The information collated on the form corresponds with the P11 form.
Enquiry control
The system is a series of overlapped slips in two parts and ensures accurate collation of enquiries.
Telemessage Manager
The form is multi-part allowing one entry to complete several forms, one to be retained and one passed to the relevant person.
