Kalamazoo launch products to the education sector
Kalamazoo Secure Solutions Limited have this week (week commencing 13th October 2008) launched a range of products specifically designed to help nurseries, schools, colleges and universities to deal with the ever-increasing plethora of security related issues and complex legislative requirements.
The range includes paper-based solutions ideal for managing visitors, managing authorised absences and incident reporting. Each of these solutions will help educational institutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency and significantly improve security.

Each solution comprises of a multi-part form. The completed top level of the form is removed using the perforated edge and given to the pupil or visitor, depending on the solution.
When the record is completed the information is simultaneously transferred onto an integral register. This information is kept confidential with the use of a discretion sheet and forms a register for later reference.
These products are available as independent systems, or can be used in conjunction to provide a whole solution, which deal with a range of issues faced by schools and colleges on a daily basis.
