Contractor Passes
Kalamazoo’s contractor pass systems have been developed to provide you with a secure system for managing contractors working on your site.
By using our contractor passes you can ensure all contactors visiting your site are issued with an ID badge and their details are kept on a register, suitable for emergency evacuation.
Kalamazoo’s Permit to Work complements our contractors pass system. A grid is incorporated to show the types of work each contractor is authorised to carry out, helping you to ensure that appropriate precautions have been taken and acceptance of responsibility has been signed for by the contractor.
Our contractor passes help you comply with Health and Safety legislation, such as the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HASWA), the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1999 (COSHH) & the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
Kalamazoo Secure Solutions also offer a range of id accessories including customised lanyards and badge holders for your contractor passes.
