Kalamazoo’s Cheqflow™ Transaction Journal (CFTJ) processes incoming payments both within the commercial market and the banking environment. Scanning paper payments such as cheques, vouchers, credits slips and remittances, the system creates a data base and verifies amounts to create an accurate bank listing.
With strong audit trails and the ability to set authority levels, the received payments are protected from unauthorised intervention. The system complies with the latest legislation from the bank and regulatory authority and will ensure that the bank listings are accurate reducing the time spent banking your cash received.
Creating a scanned image of the payment the system allows instant retrieval of the data and image to allow for rectification and production of reports. With additional fields to accommodate references for reconciling payments with outstanding accounts there is an obvious advantage to the accounts department of any busy organization.
