The Karefile system is completed with a choice of Karefile frame containing 20 or 30 Karefile Wallets with the appropriate amount of clips and title cards. Bed End Units allow instant access to patient records at the bed side. They are tough, lightweight and hygenic. Clipping to the foot of most beds, patient records can be stored close to hand using a Karefile Wallet or Ring Binder. These units are available in a variety of colours giving instant identification with the protection of 'Touch Safe'.

The Carenote System is designed to clearly show specific patient information. Incorporating the Carenote unit, Carenote dry wipe boards and pens.

This convenient, robust, hard-backed file allows A4 patient records to be held in place and easily monitored. The A4 forms are held in a removable holder which can hold a sheet on each side and allows the forms to be completed without having to be removed. This tried and tested visible register is made of strong laminate with smooth sides making it safe and strong for long life with the 'Touch Safe' protection.
