Kalamazoo’s receipting systems introduce a simple, accurate and efficient method for completing several documents at the same time.
The completion of a receipt also transfers the necessary information to a bank posting slip and a multi columned journal sheet. Therefore in one simple action you have the ability to complete three separate business documents.
With the use of peg boards and hand made quality binders, the journals are held securely for instant reference and retrieval of information.

The Book Receipt System
This system comprises loose leaf journal sheets, cheque lists and runs of overlapped receipts for use in book format within a Kalamazet binder. The individual sheets can be easily positioned for easy completion.
The Receipt Cartridge System
This system comes ready collated, for exact registration, and comprises overlapped receipts, cheque lists and journal sheets. The handy cartridge system is designed for trouble-free reloading and can be housed in a prestigious cartridge holder with an integral shield and storage pockets.
Binders can be personalised with gold blocking and documents can be printed to incorporate company logo and contact details.
As with all Kalamazoo business systems, your receipting system can be customised for use with 3 or 6 column journals or designed to suit your bespoke requirements.
