The Brief
Portman Travel, the UK's largest independent travel management network, required 40 items including printed forms to be sourced, stored and fulfilled. Their main request was for a web-site to display all items and enable web ordering facility. An automated process was necessary to allow for all 38 offices to requisition goods through the web site.
Goods needed to be fulfilled and despatched by next day delivery service to guarantee the success of this operation.
Portman Travel requested weekly fast moving stock reports as well as monthly total stock movement reports to ensure that strong audit controls are maintained.

This allowed all order requisitions from the 38 offices to be authorised by the Head Office.
