When Kalamazoo was established in 1896 it was renowned for its paper-based solutions and today this is still a key area of the business.
Kalamazoo binders are tough and hard wearing contributors to the smooth running of any business. A key benefit is that of document security.
The ‘N’ and ‘Z’ binders offer maximum security with a unique lockable fitting. Once locked, sheets cannot be removed without tearing; therefore making it very obvious that tampering has taken place.
Binder covers can be personalised to show your logo and company name. Spines can be engraved to identify purpose and tabbed indexes can be inserted.
Z-Binder
The Z-binder is a hard wearing moulded binder with front windows to show contents and ownership.

Kalamazet Binder
The Kalamazet binder is hand bound and made by craftsmen to a high standard. Available in a wide range of colours to compliment your corporate identity.

The K-binder is made from moulded plastic, designed to withstand rigorous use and rough handling. Ideal in all types of situations, including constant out door usage.

Flat Thong Storage Binder
The Flat Thong Storage binder has been designed to store records efficiently and effectively. The hard board allows the binders to be stored vertically for easy access and efficient storage. Therefore making it easier to comply with the legal requirements to keep financial records for at least seven years without creating unnecessary clutter.

Visible Binder
The Kalamazoo Visible binder has been developed with the help of our customers to give a secure but instantly visible recording system. The binder is produced from a strong moulded plastic making it tough and hard wearing. The mechanism interlocks to keep the records securely in place, yet opens to give natural writing surface. Each divider has index tabs to aid in the location of different categories of records. Within each divider the visible sheets are overlapped giving a clear visible edge at the foot of each record.

Arch Ring Binder
Available from stock in a wide range of sizes. Our plastic binder is designed for durability and ease of use.

Multi Ring Binder
This Multi-ring binder allows sheets to be filed in an overlapped manner so that the bottom edge is visible for easy access. The clasp mechanism, springs open to allow the records to be removed or replaced instantly.

N-Binder
Kalamazoo's N-binder is the flagship of the range. For prestigious applications such as minutes or visitor books the N-binder can be supplied in the finest quality leather.

Desktop Filing Unit
Convenient, rapid access storage for all your business records. Strong wallets (fitted with ring mechanisms if required) hold all the data you need. Wallets are held and supported in a sturdy yet lightweight frame and can be tab indexed for easy identification.

Indexing
Binders can easily be fitted withpre-printed or plain transparent indexes to help quick reference to individual records.
Continuous Binder
Continuous storage binders are available from stock in a wide variety of sizes. However, any non standard size can easily be made to suit your particular requirements. Kalamazoo's storage binders have a significant advantage over others in that their natural rigidity enables you to stack them on top of each other, or stand them on end to show their indexes. Title holders can also be fitted onto the spine.

Posting Tray
For quick desk top referencing and instant retrieval of records the Posting Tray is an ideal filing system. Adjustable to suit any width of card with indexing fitted for easy identification.
