Kalamazoo’s Bacsactive-IP Web Enterprise is a secure browser-based Bacs solution which can be used by multiple users at one time and enables users to handle all Bacs payment types, including direct credits, supplier payments, payroll and direct debits.
The web-enabled platform means data is automatically back-up, therefore ensuring complete information security and peace of mind for the user. The system is protected by password, smartcard and smartcard reader ensuring strict access by authorised users only.
Kalamazoo’s Bacsactive-IP Web Enterprise solution is designed to make payments easier and accepts files from most proprietary accounting systems and most common file formats. The system significantly reduces administration and errors made when inputting data into two systems. Sort codes and account numbers are automatically checked.
What’s more, this fully web-based solutions maintains up to 15-months of archive transactions and user activity meaning you have a complete audit trail and a log of critical business information
